Standard Hourly Rate: $30 per hour

Weekend & Evening Rate: $35 per hour

Packages 

🥉 Bronze Package – Light Support - $225 per month

• Includes 8 hours per month (approximately 2 hours per week)

• Ideal for individuals who are largely independent but would benefit from light assistance and companionship.

• A discount of a half an hour of services per month

Services may include:

-Companionship and social engagement

-Light housekeeping (tidying, dishes, laundry)

-Meal preparation assistance (non-medical)

-Errands or accompaniment

-Safety check-ins and general support

🥈 Silver Package – Routine Support -$450 per month

• Includes 16 hours per month (approximately 4 hours per week)

• Designed for individuals who need consistent weekly support to maintain routines and independence.

• A discount of 1 hour of services per month

Services may include:

-All Bronze Package services

-Structured weekly visits

-Household organization and support

-Appointment accompaniment

-Grocery and pharmacy errands

-Increased social engagement and routine assistance

🥇 Gold Package – Enhanced Support-$900 per month

• Includes 32 hours per month (approximately 8 hours per week)

• Best for individuals aging in place who require more frequent non-medical support or families seeking additional peace of mind.

• A discount of 2 hours of services per month

Services may include:

-All Silver Package services

-Extended visits and enhanced companionship

-Respite-style support for families

-Support during life transitions

-Priority scheduling

Minimum Service Requirement 

Secure Path implements a minimum number of service hours per visit to ensure quality, consistency, and meaningful support.

Minimum:

2-hour minimum per visit 

Mileage & Transportation

For errands or non-medical transportation outside the immediate service area, mileage fees may apply.

Mileage Rate:

$0.70 per mile

Mileage is calculated based on distance traveled in connection with client-requested errands or transportation support.

Additional Pricing Considerations 

-Evening, weekend, and holiday services may be billed at a higher rate

-Extended or recurring service schedules may be eligible for customized pricing

-All pricing and policies will be reviewed during the initial consultation once services are available

Payment Information

Secure Path Homemaker & Companion Services accepts multiple convenient payment methods, including credit/debit cards, electronic invoicing, and approved electronic payment platforms. All services are billed in accordance with the selected service plan or hourly rate.

Invoices are issued in advance for scheduled services. Payment is required prior to the start of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Monthly service packages are billed monthly and must be paid in full by the last day of the month prior to the month services will be provided.

For hourly services, invoices are generated based on the scheduled hours and applicable rates. Any additional time, mileage, weekends, or holiday services will be billed accordingly.

Returned payments, failed transactions, or unpaid balances may result in a temporary pause of services until the account is brought current. Questions regarding billing or payments may be directed to our office for assistance.
