Jordan O'Meara, BA, MHA 

Founder and President 

Secure Path Homemaker & Companion Services was founded by Jordan O’Meara, a healthcare professional with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families through behavioral health and healthcare service systems.

Jordan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development from Washington State University and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Western Governors University. Throughout her career, she has worked in leadership roles focused on care coordination, training, and service quality — always with a strong emphasis on dignity, compassion, and clear communication.

Her professional journey showed her how meaningful non-medical support can be in helping people remain comfortable and independent at home. Secure Path was created from a genuine desire to offer families dependable support that feels respectful, personal, and consistent.

Jordan believes that quality care begins with understanding people for who they are — not just their needs. She values relationships built on trust, patience, and kindness, and brings that same approach into the heart of Secure Path’s services.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time with her children, husband, and golden retriever, and values family, balance, and connection — the same values that guide the care provided through Secure Path.
